I just love these containers.. I had always bought, Debby Meyers greenware. They really do work to keep your vegatable foods fresh.. I also, needed to keep chips, tortia, crackers and all the dry foods fresh.. The J & J, do just that.. All the sizes are great, and I had friends up to NH for the LACONIA, NH motorcycle week. My friend had no trouble, sorting through my "plastics" garage, to find just what she needed, to hostess for her 'home' friends that stayed. I love that the covers and lids 'nest', and, are color coded.. I think that was "MY" selling point.. Way back in the good 'ole days, I was a (Tupperware dealer).. And yes, they are still in business..(but, boucoux, spensive, today.) How the hell much CAN?? plastic cost... I am eager to share my experience, as I am more than qualified, to have THIS, opinion... I love, the tall storage, and also picked up the 12 pc. great sizes, I do dairy, cheeses, butter, cream cheese, sour crème, all go from fridge to table.. W O W!!Well made and reasonably priced, but a smidge too small. I wanted to use them for my flour and sugar. I hoped I could empty a whole package into the containers and I couldn't with the two biggest containers, so I am stuck stocking the filled containers AND the extra that wouldn't fit. The smallest one is such an inconvenient size, that I still haven't found a good use for it. But I'm hopeful.They do function properly and they are a pleasure to use. I just wish they were a little bigger. That's not the fault of manufacturer, as they do give the size in the description. I just thought they'd be big enough and they weren't.Well made, colorful containers. Not very large, but if you want a small volume storage container, these are great. The stacking feature of the lids, which fit inside the units, is a great feature. Only downside is price. I can buy 2 sets per year of the other guy and get more inns package. If price came down, I would buy other containers in this series.They're a little smaller than expected. I was looking for something I could store an entire bag of sugar and flour in. I still like them, I just wish they were a little bigger.the lids dont seem to seal tight .. but are ok, if just sitting on a shelf.. probably not great for travelLove the 2 larger containers, but the small one is so small it's useless.These are just Ok. they will probably do ok for some things, BUT I cannot get some of the lids to really seal - they just don't quite fit right. Will not purchase again.
