Perfect for taking soup to someone, no need for return on the container.The containers themselves are great; perfect for my needs. My only issue is that I was two containers short in one of the packages i ordered.Perfect for what I needed, storage of tumbler grit.These 64 oz containers were the perfect size & sturdiness for freezing meals and storing leftovers.These are a nice, heavy and flexible product that I've reused over and over. I do a moderate bit of bulk cooking for church pot lucks and my kids / grandkids and these are nice because if I never get them back it's not a big deal. Usually I do though.They hold up in the dishwasher just fine in the top rack. I microwave in them and although the lids can get a bit distorted, if you just completely remove and let it rest on top then no worries.Also, they freeze well and are completely pliable immediately on removal. I keep a bunch of chopped bell peppers in one and just take it out of the freezer, pop off the lid and put it back. These are not brittle and so far no cracking or crazing after a couple months of heavy use. I've still been using only about half of the package and don't think I'll have to replace anytime soon.I bought these for freezer cooking to go into the instant pot. They are great!The biggest problem with this container is finding it on Amazon. I have searched containers looking for these and had to go through my history of orders to find them again. I am disappointed in Amazon's search engine, not the containers. The containers are great. I need more and searched for days looking for them, typing in the size and such, but still could not find them. Then it dawned on me to search my history and repeat my order. I am sorry for those who are looking for these and can not find them.So, I like these, didn't know 2qt delis existed, but most delis hold their specified volume PLUS an ounce or two of headroom. I measured these and they hold 64oz to the very brim. So for comfortable storage and especially to account for expansion when frozen, I'd say they really only hold 56-60oz. As other reviewers have mentioned, they are not crystal clear but rather a milky translucent. Lids fit well and plastic seems thick and sturdy.I will be using these containers for home baked cookies, they are smaller than the Ice Cream pails I used to use which is what I was looking for - perfect size!
