I liked the mug, he liked it too.sturdy, large, and keep it hot (less air surface)recommendedIt's not as tall as it is depicted. The quality is very nice. I like that it has some weight to it.So i was looking for a coffee mug that would look great to sip coffee from while reading my Kindle (insta type pics you know).This one checks all the boxes.Pros ---- Looks classy, has a high quality matte finish so makes it look even better.-- I love its shape.-- very sturdy and just the right size.Cons ---- It does not comes with any design. I would have preferred some caption written in black but that is just me and this is not really a con.-- This is something to watch out for. All my other mugs that i use for coffee, i fill them with milk and heat in the microwave for about 2 min or so. At times (depending on quantity and initial milk temp) some might boil over and spill. You know the milk is boiling so you are careful. With this mug however, on 2 different occasions the milk was superheated, it looks all calm on the surface but the moment i put the spoon to stir, it literally erupted out like a volcano. The time in microwave was the same as was the milk quantity and temperature.Please be aware of this phenomenon. Otherwise the mug is really classy and is recommended.love this mug, has a nice feel and weight to itExcellent quality and easy to hold. This cup holds about 13.5 to 14 ounces of liquid, not the 16.5 ounces that is advertised. Heats well in microwave.Just like the photos, this mug is pretty and I love the color. It holds 16.5 ounces so it is just perfect for my morning coffee or afternoon tea. I wouldn’t describe it as “large capacity” but it’s definitely not small either. I think it’s “just right”!It washes up great in the dishwasher and so far, the finish hasn’t scratched or become marked up. It is also microwave safe which is a must have as a busy parent.The handle is quite small so it may not be suitable for larger hands. I have smaller hands though so I actually really like it. It has a narrower top with a wider base which makes it difficult to accidentally knock over and helps to keep your drink hotter for longer.I got the “light green” colour which is more of a robin egg blue but is really pretty in person. It is free from blemishes, bubbles or inconsistencies and I love the matte finish. The weight (cup + coffee) and the gravity make the cup easily slips out of axis. Because of this you need to hold this coffee cup like you would hold a beer mug (1st photo).
