I like this whole unit. My bride and I enjoy taking short road-trips and having a picnic lunch. This box (we now have two) fits perfectly in our picnic basket backpack. No leakage has occurred, the integral ice pack keeps the food cold. Clean up is quite easy. I highly recommend this product!Great idea but poor execution. Small plastic pins on the lid broke while trying to close it the third time we used it. Same happened to another one two days later,I truly love this bento, only problem I have is it is broken already, the snap down clip broke easily.This is a good item. But I paid for 2 and one of them was brokenIt's a great product nice size but the part the closes the lid broke after 1 use.The clips to snap it closed are horrible and it broke after the 2nd day of school.Got this a few months ago. The first one came completely broken. I had to send it back. The second came quickly. My 17 year old has used it for server months a few times a week. After a few months one of the latches completely broke off which rendered it useless. The plastic pin that held it in place just snapped while trying to close it. It did not get dropped or otherwise damaged.This was not dishwasher safe either and had to be hand washed. I will not purchase this same product to replace. I'll definitely be looking elsewhere.I bought 8 of these boxes for my kids lunches. They were great until day 5 when one of the plastic handles snapped at the joint. Eventually, over the course of 2 months all of them had broken in the joints where the lid snaps. They were not cheap, especially when you buy 8 at a time. Super poor product as I was not overfilling them. If they were not perfectly lined up they snapped.
